Community Eldercare Services (CES) is a family-owned, multi-generational, faith-based organization dedicated to enriching the lives of those we serve. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team!
This position supports the accounts payable process for CES and our managed facilities, helping ensure invoices, payments, and financial records are processed accurately and on time.
*Part-time schedule*
- Process, scan, and organize invoices through AvidXchange.
- Enter and maintain financial and banking transactions.
- Assist with invoice research for audits and cost reports.
- Process and clear checks and monitor direct debit transactions.
- Import bulk invoices from vendors.
- Maintain Sage Fixed Asset records.
- Assist the Accounting team and provide backup support to the AP Manager.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic files.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
- Experience with AvidXchange, PointClickCare, and Sage is a plus.
