Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for directly supporting the implementation of the Just 4 Kids program in coordination with the program Coordinators. Plans and implements daily structured activities for 4 & 5 year old children enrolled in the Just 4 Kids programs. Oversees the daily operation of assigned site, supervising Paraprofessionals and Aides at assigned location. For more information, please see the job description for this position.
Start Date: Immediate Opening
Contract: 260-261 days
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 12 months, 7 1/2 hours per day from 10:00am-6:00pm includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Program hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
FTE: 0.9375 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits
Starting Rate: $22.17-$25.27 per hour, depending upon experience and related education (increasing to $22.61-$25.98 per hour on July 1, 2026)

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 21 years old; educational background in elementary education or related field; experience working with preschool age children; supervisory experience; must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a range of temperatures, and in a fast pace physically active and loud environment associated with children’s activities.
