About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Instructing/coaching students in Community Education classes. Classes include Ball Activities, Tiny & Knights T-ball. Teaching youth ages 3-10 years old in basic fundamentals of various sports that include Basketball, Football, Baseball/Softball, Soccer and T ball.
Start Date: June
Contract: Summer 2025
Schedule: Classes vary Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm
FTE: 0.3 (12 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits
Starting Rate: $25.00-$27.00 per hour, depending upon your experience with Community Ed
No benefit eligibility, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience in instructing/coaching Basketball, Football, Baseball/Softball, Soccer. Also expereince working with kids ages 3-10 years old.
