- Ability to coach competitive cheer teams ranging from the elementary-varsity level.
- Design and coordinate practices, coordinate competitions, assess skill level of athletes, and choreograph their team’s routine.
- Be able to teach Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Stunting Skills
- Be able to teach/spot beginner/intermediate tumbling skills
- Create a positive team environment of respect, communicate with parents and athletes effectively, and be a positive role model
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience coaching or participation in cheerleading.
- Completion of or complete the USA Cheer Safety & Risk Management Course
