About the Role
We are seeking a personable, highly organized Patient Services Representative to join our team. This position is essential to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth experience for every patient from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the check-in/check-out process with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Dentrix or similar dental software.
• Answer phone calls promptly, assisting with scheduling and addressing inquiries.
• Provide clear, accurate information about treatments, procedures, and financial options.
• Resolve patient concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Support billing and collections according to office protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications (Training available for motivated candidates)

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with Dentrix or other practice management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone etiquette.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of dental treatment plans and insurance billing helpful.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Pay: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
