Qualifications
Lead - B.S. in Early Childhood /Child Development or CDA with experience preferred
Assistant - 9 hours in Early Childhood or Child Development Course work or CDA preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Treat children with dignity and respect and keep them safe.
- Assess children’s learning and development.
- Plan and implement curriculum to address individual needs, culture and socioeconomic background.
- Document children’s learning through panels and portfolios.
- Manage classroom, share housekeeping responsibilities and uphold the policies of the school.
- Maintain standards for Missouri licensing.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents through daily conversations, classroom correspondence and conferences.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
