COMMUNITY CREDIT LLC is looking for self- motivated ASSISTANT MANAGER -COLLECTION SPECIALIST!
We are a consumer loan finance company looking for individuals seeking growth opportunity.
The Collection Specialist is responsible for credit collections, documentation, task management, customer service, and meeting Operational Standards.
Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Report customer activities to the Branch Manager
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Complete loan documents and relay necessary information to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with the customers
- Assist in meeting monthly bad debt and delinquency standards
- Assist with calling customers that have past due accounts
- Keep office and desk clean and organized, as well as loan and sensitive information filed securely
Consumer finance experience is a plus.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
