COMMUNITY CREDIT LLC - ANDERSON is looking for self- motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are a consumer loan finance company looking for individuals seeking growth opportunity.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for credit processing, growing the business, loan sales and documentation, task management, customer service, cashier-related activities, and meeting Operational Standards. Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Make sales calls, grow the business, and report customer activities to the Branch Manager
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Complete loan documents and relay necessary information to customers
- Make written credit recommendations to the Branch Manager for loan amounts and terms for applications
- Complete weekly progress reports and maintain daily/weekly reports
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with the customers
- Assist in meeting monthly loan volume, account retentions, bad debt, and delinquency standards
- Prepare daily bank deposit, balance cash drawer each day, maintain a cash count record, and other cashier-related duties
- Keep office and desk clean and organized, as well as loan and sensitive information filed securely
- Handle office duties as needed in Manager’s absence, to include credit extension and organization
Consumer finance experience is a plus.
