Position Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision regarding admission, assessment and treatment of clients
- Oversee the daily programmatic and administrative functioning of the program; organize daily program activities
- Participate in the agency’s Management Team, engage in problem-solving and provide ongoing development of policies and procedures
- Conduct regular individual and group supervision as well as regular staff meetings for staff
- Serve as liaison between program and community resources
- Provide in-service training in relevant program topics
- Provide direct service including individual and group therapy as needed
- Assess the effectiveness of the program through periodic evaluation of services and staff
- Participate in the marketing and information dissemination of the service
- Assist the management team in maintaining the standards for the licensure of the program
