Intake Coordinator - QMHP - Marble Hill Co.
Location: Marble Hill, MO
Full-Time: Exempt
Base Pay: $42,500 - 50,003.20/year - Rate is determined dependent prior experiences.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a Mental Health Field.

Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
- E.g.: An individual possessing a master's or doctorate degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, vocational counseling, psychology, social work, pastoral counseling or family therapy or related field who has successfully completed a practicum or has one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a mental health professional.

- Must hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must also meet CCC's Motor Vehicle Record standards policy and have reliable transportation.

The short and sweet:
Responsible for direct clinical admission services; conduct appropriate screenings to coordinate and make appropriate referrals to services both internal and external resources.
What your duties would look like as the Intake Coordinator:
- Perform thorough assessments and complete appropriate screenings and testing along with a DLA-20
- Determine and provide internal and external referrals to appropriate programs.
- Evaluate and determine appropriate interventions and referrals to assist consumers.
- Meet with Director and Intake Team to staff cases as needed.
- Schedule therapy appointments, intakes, treatment and psychiatric appointments for consumers referred to the agency.
- Make follow-up calls to engage the consumer and facilitate the recovery process.
- Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.

- Upon obtaining full licensure, the employee would be required to enter into a two-year commitment with CCC in order to "pay back" the time invested into the employee. More details can be given during the interview.
