OVERVIEW:
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support college recruiting initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
· Reflects and promotes the Agency’s mission and core values in all recruitment activities.
· Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
· Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support internship and entry-level hiring programs.
· Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
· Source candidates through internet recruiting, social media, and staffing services to fill both part time and full time positions.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
· Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance the recruitment process, candidate experience, and employer brand.
· Provide assistance with new hire onboarding as needed.
· The required skills such as proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and staffing services are essential for efficiently managing candidate data and streamlining the recruitment workflow.
· Conduct college recruiting and organize recruiting events which will enable you to build strong relationships with educational institutions and attract emerging talent.
· Maintain confidentiality appropriately as it relates to applicant personal information.
· Assists with special projects, employee questions, and HR-related requests, escalating complex concerns as needed to HR Generalist or HR Director.
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Two years’ experience in staffing preferred
·Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and managing full-cycle recruitment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with college recruiting and organizing recruiting events.
· Familiarity with internet recruiting tools for talent sourcing.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
· Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Prolonged periods of standing and walking
· Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, etc
· Must be able to lift and/or move 25 pounds
