We are seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) to join our Executive Leadership Team — a strategic, forward-thinking professional who will partner closely with our President & CEO and current Chief Operating Officer to ensure a seamless succession and continuity of leadership.
As Executive Vice President, you will play a key role in guiding internal operations, aligning strategy with mission, and fostering innovation across programs and services. You’ll lead a team of dedicated Vice Presidents and Directors who are deeply committed to providing exceptional support and opportunities for individuals with disabilities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.
What You'll Do as an Executive Vice President:
- Provide executive oversight of day-to-day agency operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the President, COO, and Board of Directors to execute and evolve the organization’s strategic vision.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire senior leadership to drive innovation, accountability, and performance.
- Partner with the CFO to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, funding, and accreditation requirements.
- Represent the agency in key external relationships, including funders, legal counsel, and community partners.
What You'll Need as an Executive Vice President:
- Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Services, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive senior leadership experience, preferably in human services or nonprofit management.
- Proven success in operational leadership, financial oversight, and strategic execution.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
