Small Engine Mechanic - Commercial Pressure Washing Equipment (Part-Time)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $28-35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)
CCS is seeking an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of commercial pressure washing equipment. This position is currently part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full time role as our equipment fleet and service needs continue to expand.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Honda GX and other small gas engines
- Service and rebuild pressure washer pumps (CAT, General Pump, etc.)
- Troubleshoot fuel, ignition, electrical, and water flow systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on pressure washing equipment and trailers
- Maintain service records and parts inventory
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Experience repairing small engines and commercial equipment
- Knowledge of pressure washer pumps, unloaders, hoses, and accessories preferred
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
