What You'll Do
- Report to our warehouse each workday by 8:00 AM (Matthews, NC)
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
- Travel throughout the Charlotte area and surrounding states to complete service projects
- Be available to travel up to 100% of the time when business needs require it (approximately 20 weeks per year)
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing CCS
- Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors, and customers
- Follow all company safety procedures, reporting requirements, and operational standards
- Remain on-site until daily projects are completed
What We're Looking For
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively when required
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3–5 years of clean driving history
- Preferred experience driving larger trucks, towing trailers, or operating commercial vehicles
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and commitment to being part of a team
