What You'll Do
✅ Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout different assigned apartment communities throughout the night.
✅ Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using your open-bed pickup truck.
✅ Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas.
✅ Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents.
✅ Change dog station and common area waste bags.

What You'll Do

Compensation
- $150 per day
- $125 per day for any Friday/Saturday coverage
- W2 employment position
- Pay issued via direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month
- A valid bank account is required for payroll processing
- Sunday through Thursday from 7pm to 2am
- Friday/Saturdays - 7pm to 12am
- Must work: 2 weekends per month
- Shift duration: 5 to 7 hours per night, based on route and pace
- Weekly average: 25-35 hours, with potential for additional shifts depending on performance and availability
- Maximum: Up to 7 shifts per week available
- Technology: A smartphone with an active data plan (for route communication and task verification).
- Driving - must have at least 5 years of clean driving experience to be eligible for a company truck.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work in varying weather conditions without assistance.
