Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support our individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Program Coordinator with Community Concepts, Inc. you’ll be one of those exceptional care givers.
Program Coordinators provide case management for all aspects of an Individual's daily living skills, behavior plans, overseeing implementation of the Individual Service Plan (ISP), provide documentation as required by State, Federal and Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) rules and regulations, and provision of services.
Position Location: Maineville & Milford Ohio
What We're Looking For:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Must have less than 6 points on current driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
