Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and other staff
- Monitor resident health and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation
What You Need:
- Valid LPN license in the state of OHIO
- Strong communication and clinical skills
