CCBC is excited to launch its inaugural NJCAA Men’s Soccer Program, beginning competition in the fall 2026 season. We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and dedicated Head Men’s Soccer Coach to lead the development of this brand-new program. This is a unique opportunity to build a competitive collegiate soccer team, shape a program’s identity, and significantly impact the student-athlete experience at CCBC. Reporting to the Director of Student Life and Athletic Administration, the position is part-time and stipended. Additional compensation opportunities may be available through camps, clinics, or future full-time opportunities as the program expands. Essential duties and responsibiities include program development, recruitment and student-athlete development, coaching and team management, compliance and administration, and community engagement.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a related field preferred.
- Experience starting or rebuilding a college-level program.
- Familiarity with the NJCAA structure and eligibility standards.
- Previous coaching experience at the collegiate, high school, or club level.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing student athletes.
- Strong knowledge of NJCAA or collegiate soccer rules and operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Supervisory responsibility for assistant coaches.
Pay: Up to $8,000.00 per year
