What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Development position at Community Coalition Against Human Trafficking?
The Community Coalition Against Human Trafficking (CCAHT) unites and equips our community - Knoxville and the 33 counties of East Tennessee - to end human trafficking through prevention and intervention, while providing survivors with trauma-informed, comprehensive aftercare services. Through our direct services program, Grow Free TN, we offer a variety of services to those impacted by human trafficking. All of our services are free, individualized, and all-inclusive.
Through the Tennessee Counter-Trafficking Alliance, CCAHT serves as the single point of contact partner for the East Tennessee region.
At CCAHT, we choose love first. When it comes to the clients we serve, we understand that healing takes time. Each client’s needs and journey toward restoration will be different, which is why our aftercare programming is survivor-centered and grounded in industry best practices and research.
