Call Center Agent

Job Summary

Community Clinic is seeking a Call Center Agent in Siloam Springs. The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. This job is full time, in-person, hourly, Monday through Friday with an excellent benefits package. Bilingual (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) candidates preferred. This position is Full Time, in-person at our Springdale Admin location, and is scheduled Monday Friday 7:00a-4:00p

Key Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers.
• Enters new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) completely and accurately.
• Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately.
• Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately.
• Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines.
Trouble shoots medical calls and routes accordingly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) is preferred
• Some customer service or call center experience preferred
Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
