Job Description
This role involves overseeing the success of your store and team by setting high performance and customer service standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing ongoing coaching and training to your team to reach Company objectives and increase revenue
- Leading marketing efforts for your location, championing store security and loss prevention, and enforcing adherence to quality standards
- Auditing loan/pawn agreements and transactions to ensure staff compliance with procedures and practices
- Maintaining office security, including cash management and loss prevention, and examining, evaluating, and processing loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions
- Ensuring the store is staffed for optimal performance and maintaining internal and external store appearance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls
