- Support daily operational activities to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
- Assist with process documentation, workflow updates, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate communication between departments to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and task coordination.
- Monitor and escalate operational risks, bottlenecks, or service issues.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to internal inquiries and provide guidance on operational policies and processes that drive operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, operational support roles or process improvement roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing operational initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
