What You’ll Own
You won’t just “support accounting”—you’ll own key processes that keep our financial operations accurate, balanced, and audit-ready.
- Critical reconciliations - Take full ownership of daily reconciliations across high-volume, high-risk accounts. You’ll ensure transactions are posted accurately, quickly identify variances, and drive resolution of out-of-balance conditions without delay.
- Clearing account accuracy - Monitor and reconcile clearing accounts, including ITMs and transaction-based activity. You’ll dig into discrepancies, resolve outstanding items, and ensure nothing lingers unresolved.
- Month-end close - Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, reconciling subsidiary financials, and helping deliver timely, accurate financial statements.
- Audit Partnership - Work directly with auditors and examiners, including year-end audits. Apply GAAP and regulatory standards consistently to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
