- Lead and develop a high-performing Member Center team through coaching, accountability, mentorship, and performance management
- Drive sales, membership growth, product penetration, and loan growth initiatives
- Manage daily Member Center operations while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and financial performance
- Build and strengthen community and business relationships to support organizational growth
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and budgets aligned with Credit Union objectives
- Foster a positive, engaging, and member-focused culture
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to support organizational initiatives and continuous improvement
- Ensure team members deliver exceptional service experiences to both internal and external members
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of successful leadership experience, preferably in a sales or financial services environment
- Proven experience achieving sales and performance goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Thorough understanding of financial industry products, services, and operations
- Ability to drive business development and community engagement initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Passion for helping others and improving their financial well-being
- Formal leadership or management training preferred
