Clinical Supervisor Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Community Caring Clinic is a behavioral health clinic located in Boston, MA and Springfield which opened in July 2019 to serve disadvantaged and disenfranchised community members in Roxbury. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for underserved children, young people, families, and individuals to promote and strengthen their mental, spiritual, and physical health. We provide individual and group counseling, psychopharmacology, and in-home services in a variety of languages and starting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Position Description:

The Clinical Supervisor will:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including Community Caring Clinic employees assigned, family members, and stakeholders who support the clients success
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the BACB and PBS policies

Qualifications:

Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree

• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs

Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Some elements of the job are sedentary, but the employee will be required to stand for periods of time or move throughout the clinic
