Job Title: Private Duty RN/LPN (Pediatric In-Home Care)

About the Position:
We are currently hiring a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a 10-year-old female child in the Latrobe area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide compassionate, hands-on care tailored to the patient’s needs
Assist with all ADLs
Monitor and report changes in patient health and condition
Collaborate with patient’s care team and family
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:35 PM
No weekends required
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric/infant experience
CPR certification (required)
Must have extensive experience with CPR
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
Reliable transportation
