Position
We are currently seeking an energetic, compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients
- Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing individual, family, or couples counseling
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families and outside providers when appropriate
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards
- Contribute positively to our collaborative practice environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Active North Carolina licensure (or associate licensure) in one of the accepted disciplines listed above
- Preferred: Two or more years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, organized, and dependable
- Strong time management and documentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and provide high-quality, client-centered care
