What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Community Care Physicians?
Our Central Billing Office is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a remote position (training is on-site) and the hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients and answer questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts.
- Assume responsibility for initial patient contact and follow-up.
- Work with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues.
- Ensure positive experience for patient on behalf of CCP.
- Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies.
- Post credit card payments to the patients account.
Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, problem solving, ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year work experience.
- Prior experience in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Skill in using computer programs and applications.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and deal courteously with patients, employees, and the public
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to maintain a professional poised attitude under pressure.
