What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Homeless Services position at Community Care ME?
The Director of Homeless Services provides administrative oversight to Homeless Services of Community Care. Provides leadership in a manner consistent with the mission and values of Community Care. Supervises the Program Director of Youth Homeless Services effective management of programs. Collaborates with departments within the agency to develop and facilitate processes to aid in the improvement of programs and services. Participates in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement activities, including providing training, in effort to maximize quality of service to all clients served within the agency.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and three years related experience or a Master's degree and two years related experience.
A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of program or service oversight in a related field.
Have and maintain a State of Maine Driver's License, auto registration and state minimum auto liability insurance.
Experience complying with federal grants and regulations, and reporting to federal entities.
