Job Title: Private Duty RN/LPN (1:1 In-Home Care)

About the Position:
We are currently hiring a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 7-month-old female child in the Greensburg area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Medication administration
Monitoring vitals & weight
G-tube care & feedings
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
No weekends required
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric experience
Experience with G-tubes
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered
Reliable transportation
