About the Position:
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN/RN to provide one-on-one care for a wonderful 17-year-old male child in the Ligonier area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Perform g-tube care/feedings
- Monitor seizures
- Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family
What do I need for this role with Community Care?
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health experience preferred).
- CPR certification (required).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently in a home setting.
