LPN Adult Home Care - Full Time Evening
Location: Uniontown, PA
** INCREASED RATE **

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide one-on-one care for a wonderful 34-year-old female in the Uniontown area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do as an LPN:
Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating per individualized care plans
Trach/vent care
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
What We're Looking For:
LPN or RN license in the state of PA
Trach/vent experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
Ability to chart electronically (Alora) and complete documentation accurately
