Home Health Aide - Daylight
Location: Fredericktown, PA

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide/CNA to provide one-on-one care for an adult male in the Fredericktown area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: Daylight
What You'll Do as an HHA:
Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating per individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
What We're Looking For:
Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
Ability to chart electronically and complete documentation accurately
