Community Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs who are committed to teamwork and providing great care to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. This is a full time opportunity on our 1st shift for our Sacred Heart location at 1555 S. Layton Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53215.
Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor/manager is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support and health status of Community Care program members.
Possibility of becoming a Med Passer
Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
Licensure: A current Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant required
Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.
Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Schedule:
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 24 hours a week
Every other weekend
Every other holiday
