Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0. 6 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $2,100
Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities:
• Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
• Support the health of Community Care program members
• Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
• Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care
Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements:
• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.
Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule:
• Monday - Sunday, Day Shift, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (24 hours per week)
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
