Location: Connellsville, PA
Schedule:
- Friday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Saturday: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Sunday: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Monday: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide Gtube care and feedings
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Monitor for seizures
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, familycentered pediatric care
What You'll Need:
- Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
