What you’ll do as a DSP: provide hands-on support to individuals in Residential programs.
Your responsibilities will include supporting daily living skills and routines, encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth, assisting with community activities and employment goals and building meaningful relationships and serving as a positive role model.
Pay & Incentives
- $17.25/hour base rate
- Up to $100 bonus every pay period (equivalent to an extra $1.25/hour)
- Additional $0.50/hour for DSPI certification (earned or existing)
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Referral bonuses available
