About the Role:
The Charge Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions. Minimum Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a charge nurse role or leadership position.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
