About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse LPN to join our team in Gainesville, 2NG. As a Charge Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Minimum Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hospital or long-term care facility
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the nursing staff
