What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Bus Attendant position at Community Bus Services?
Founded in 1933, Community Bus Services is a leading provider of transportation services to Ohio school districts, non-profit organizations, and communities. Community Bus Services continues today doing business in Northeastern, Central and Southern Ohio.
Job Duties:
· Transports students in a safe and timely manner
· Maintain order amongst students during transport
· Read, follow, and maintain a scheduled route
· Provide passenger assistance for vehicle entry and exit
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· At least 19 years of age
· Valid Ohio Driver’s License
· Minimum 2 years U.S. driving experience
· Acceptable FBI, BCI background check and Motor Vehicle Report
· Pass T-8 physical, drug test and in an emergency the ability to lift 50 lbs.
· Comprehensive knowledge of driving safety and courtesy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
