- Schedule appointments, procedures, and tests for patients

- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow and patient care coordination

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
