Job Summary
This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. As a Teller, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while conducting financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service by handling financial transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and refer them to relevant bank products or services.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily cash balancing within established guidelines.
- Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Travel to surrounding branches may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate ($16.50 - $21.53).
- 37.5 hours per week with rotating Saturday hours.
- Commensurate salary plus potential annual merit increase.

Physical Requirements:
