- We are seeking Entry-level Client Support Engineers that provide Banking Operations, Technology, and Banking Regulations Compliance support to our growing client base of Community Banks. No experience is necessary, but excellent customer service skills are necessary!
Entry-level competence at installing and supporting computers, data networks, and software applications is required. Excellent people skills, willing to learn, excellent written and verbal communication, professional physical appearance, extremely meticulous, inclination toward technology and associated problem-solving, ability to travel (50% of time), team player, and not afraid to work!
Critical to your success is whether you have the ability to care for the customer and not just cure the problem. Our approach makes it all about the customer as a person, not just fixing technical issues. You would work with a team of great people in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to resolve problems, manage small projects, and serve some up-and-comers in the Banking industry in the Southeast.
This job is a good foot in the door and has potential for a long-term career. Will provide a variety of experience.
