What You’ll Do
- Be the voice of Community Auto Group—connecting with customers by phone, email, text, and chat across multiple stores
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, calls, and live chats for Toyota, Honda, Kia, and Audi
- Keep the excitement alive with consistent follow-ups that turn interest into action
- Set high-quality appointments that keep all five showrooms buzzing
- Build trust, answer questions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain an organized and accurate CRM to ensure smooth communication across stores
- Hit your goals, celebrate your wins, and grow with a results-driven, team-focused culture
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and advance your career
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator who’s motivated by results and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service preferred (but your attitude matters most)
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple brand communications efficiently
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (VinSolutions or Tekion experience a plus)
- Flexible schedule including evenings (12 PM – 8 PM) and weekends
- High school diploma required; college coursework a plus
