What You’ll Do
- Be the first impression for our brands—handling inbound leads, calls, texts, and chats
- Move fast—respond to internet leads with urgency and confidence
- Turn interest into commitment by setting solid, show-ready appointments
- Follow up like a pro (because that’s where the money is)
- Keep all five stores moving with consistent, high-quality activity
- Stay organized in CRM (VinSolutions/Tekion experience = bonus points)
- Work as a team, compete as an individual, win as both
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who’s competitive, coachable, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
- Strong communicator—on the phone, over text, and in writing
- Experience in sales, BDC, or call center is a plus—but mindset > résumé
- Able to multitask across multiple brands without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with tech, CRM systems, and a fast-paced workflow
- Available evenings (12–8 PM) and weekends
- Bilingual (Spanish) = a major advantage
