The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Crowley, TX area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups.

Position Details
- School Year: August 10, 2026 - June 4, 2027
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Onsite services only
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Train, coach, and mentor school staff
- Supervise staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
- Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
- Travel between school sites as needed
Student Population
- Pre-K through Grade 12
- General Education and Special Education settings
- Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Emotional Disturbance (ED)
- Other Health Impairments (OHI)
- Medically fragile students
- Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
- Typical caseload includes 50-75 students receiving behavioral support, with approximately 8-15 intensive behavior cases requiring FBAs
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
