Join a team where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your work changes lives every day.

What You'll Do
As a School Based Educational and Behavioral Consultant (BCBA), you'll play a critical role in supporting students' behavioral and educational success by applying evidence-based practices in dynamic, collaborative environments. Here's how you'll make a difference:
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Utilize a range of skills assessments including Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, SSIS, and more to identify learner strengths and areas for growth
  • Collect, interpret, and apply behavioral data to guide interventions, monitor progress, and inform team decision
  • Ensure fidelity of implementation through consistent data review and adjustment of programming
  • Coach and model evidence-based behavioral strategies for teachers, instructional assistants, and support staff
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to ABA Instructors, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians in school settings
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams, administrators, and families to promote generalization and long-term success
  • Deliver impactful professional development sessions, school-wide workshops, and classroom-based training
  • Support the growth of aspiring BCBAs through mentorship, supervision, and guidance toward independent practice (in applicable regions)
  • Serve as a key consultant to IEP teams, helping to shape effective, student-centered behavioral programming
  • Maintain timely and consistent documentation in alignment with school district and regulatory standards
  • Lead and support initiatives that enhance behavioral services across classrooms, programs and districts
  • Implement and train staff in proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies
  • Provide in-the-moment guidance and debriefing when behavioral escalation occurs

What Makes This Role Unique

  • Practical Functional Assessment & Skill-Based Treatment (PFA/SBT) - Implement a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, dignity, and rapport while teaching essential skills through the SBT framework.
  • Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) - Utilize this evidence-based, play-based intervention to increase motivation, communication, and social engagement through child-led interactions and natural reinforcement.
  • Lower Monthly Billable Requirements - Prioritize quality care and clinical outcomes with manageable billing expectations.
  • Accessible Performance Bonuses - Earn additional compensation for meaningful clinical work through transparent and achievable bonus opportunities.
  • Dedicated Clinical Leaders - Be surrounded by a team of knowledgeable and supportive supervisors and colleagues committed to mentorship, clinical excellence, and your ongoing professional growth.
  • Mentorship Opportunities - Share your expertise and shape the future of the field by mentoring new and developing BCBAs.

Who You Are

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  • Have at least 2 years of experience providing ABA services in school-based settings or working with school-aged learners with complex educational and behavioral needs
