Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, performance, and storytelling — and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help scale results across paid media, SEO, and CRM-driven growth initiatives for our clients. This is a great role for someone who’s hands-on, curious, analytical, and excited to work across multiple brands and channels.
The Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own day-to-day execution and optimization across key growth channels, working closely with our strategy, content, and client teams. You’ll be responsible for managing paid media performance, supporting SEO initiatives, and helping clients think more holistically about acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing. This role is ideal for someone who has 2–4 years of experience, is comfortable managing accounts independently, and wants to grow into a more senior growth or strategy role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media (Primary Focus)
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts for multiple clients
- Plan, launch, and iterate on campaigns across awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max as applicable)
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance against KPIs
- Develop testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, messaging) and surface insights
SEO and Organic Growth
- Support SEO strategy and execution across client websites
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Partner with content teams on on-page optimization and blog strategy
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
CRM and Lifecycle (Secondary Focus)
- Support CRM strategies across email and SMS (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
- Assist with campaign planning, segmentation, and performance analysis
- Understand how paid, organic, and lifecycle channels work together to drive growth
Reporting and Strategy
- Build clear, concise performance reports and dashboards
- Translate data into insights and recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align growth efforts with brand and creative strategy
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Comfortable working across multiple accounts and priorities
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven
- Strong communicator — able to explain performance clearly to both internal teams and clients
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- Experience working at an agency
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or other analytics tools
