Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a Master Association located in Greenbelt, Maryland. This is a hybrid position, with time split between CAMP’s Annapolis office and the community.Prior HOA and/or condominium management experience is preferred but not required, depending on the candidate’s overall professional background. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership skills, sound business judgment, and a strong customer service orientation, along with professional written and verbal communication skills.Key qualifications and experience include rules enforcement, contract management, budgeting and financial analysis, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.We are seeking a Community Manager who is eager to invest their talent in a fast-growing company and is committed to providing high-quality service to our client communities.
