Help Build the Next Chapter of CAM
Community Association Management is looking for an Assistant General Manager to partner with our General Manager in leading and growing one of the Bay Area's premier HOA management companies.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and helping teams perform at a higher level. You'll work closely with the General Manager to support our Community Management team, strengthen our supervisors, improve consistency across the business, and help drive an exceptional experience for our HOA clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into broader operational leadership over time while learning every aspect of the business.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Community Management team.
- Coach and develop Supervisor Community Managers so they can effectively support their teams.
- Improve accountability, communication, and follow-through across the organization.
- Help build scalable processes, reporting, and operational rhythms.
- Partner on hiring, performance management, and employee development.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen board relationships.
- Use data and metrics to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.
- Step in to solve problems, remove roadblocks, and keep priorities moving forward.

HOA or property management experience is helpful but not required. We're equally interested in experienced operators who have successfully led teams and enjoy building strong organizations.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
