Come join our team as a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) at Community Health Services! This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, compassionate PA, who enjoys caring for a diverse population of patients--including both adults and children. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a Family Practice setting.
We offer a competitive compensation package--including paid malpractice insurance. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through National Health Service Corps (NHSC)- up to $75,000 for full-time employees. Other benefits include paid vacation, sick time, and retirement benefits.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Work directly with patients Monday through Friday- No Weekends
✅ Perform Adult and Pediatric Assessments
✅ Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff
✅ Follow-up on Lab and Diagnostic testing
✅ Administer injections as needed
✅ Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Graduate of a current accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program
✅ Current Basic Life Support Certification
✅ Minimum of two years as an PA in a Family Practice preferred
✅ Knowledge of documenting with EHR
✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
✅ Ability to critically think and problem solve
